This Clermont home’s landscape beds were filled with old decorative rock. Weeds and grass had grown through the filter cloth in several areas, leaving the front of the house looking dated and neglected.

We removed the rock by hand and hauled it off-site, cleared the weeds, laid down new heavy-duty filter cloth, installed a fresh layer of black mulch throughout, and added a pair of Walter’s Viburnum to complete the beds. The new mulch beds give the landscape a clean, defined look. The new filter cloth creates a proper barrier, so the beds stay low-maintenance and weed-free.

The result is an instant curb appeal upgrade – the kind of simple, high-impact improvement that changes how the whole front of the home feels.
