This guest bathroom hadn’t been updated since the home was built in 1986, and the homeowners were ready to move on from dated tile, a worn vanity, and poor lighting. We took the space down to a clean slate and rebuilt it with a modern feel.

The transformation included large-format porcelain floor tile, a new vanity with quartz countertop, updated plumbing fixtures in brushed nickel, vanity lighting, exhaust fan, and a refinished tub. Fresh paint and new trim completed the space.
